Yes I know its been a while but bare with me as I have been extremely busy with other things. Hopefully the last addendum to the entire phpHaze 1.59 series, 1.59.2 consists of various fixes and a few new features to! Including a Things to Do module in the admin panel for your staff to manage their tasks for the site amongst other things. Here is another graphic design project from Nathan! This time, it was to redesign two banners that he already had in rotation. The banners he was using were created by one of those free generators and not up to professional standards. I have just finished the service release for the PHP-Fusion module Things to Do. Not a whole lot in this upgrade, it didn't take me as long as I expected it would, but necessary fixes nonetheless. There will be no more releases for PHP-Fusion for this module, this is the Final [Public Stable] release. I will however be continuing development of this module for phpHaze. It has been 3 months since phpHaze was last updated and its about time aye? Although titled a Child Upgrade as seen in the title, it is mainly a large service release. But we will stick to the current version naming system to keep things organized. I say it is mainly a service release because about 20 or so bugs and minor issues were fixed. And I have even added a few new features; thus it is a full child upgrade. Please read the extended news to see whats new and what has been fixed!

It's about time, right? Yes people, it's finally here! phpHaze 1.59.0; with many new features and bug fixes. Not to mention an extra layer of admin panel security. It has been quite a while since I have updated phpHaze, well over a month; the longest yet since I started on my roll back in 1.57. I'm going to try not to let it slip like that again because I need to churn out the forums for all of you complainers! phpHaze 1.59 in Development

Welcome back! The past few days I've been pretty busy getting my new Computer and Hard drive set up the way they used to be so I've been unable to do anything related to the development of phpHaze. However, officially as of today, I'm now back in the game and can begin the development of 1.59. I have decided to make the upgrade as easy as possible, I will split it into chunks of smaller upgrade packages before we get to the main upgrade which will finalize the Forum module. A few days ago I have just finished my latest project for my newest client, Engelavdod. The project was to develop from scratch what is fundamentally a full-featured file database. This module was set for development on PHP-Fusion and greatly differs from PHP-Fusions current "Downloads" module. This file database was created for Eng as what he calls a "tab" database. Ok people! It's here. What will hopefully be known as the last necessary service release for the phpHaze 1.58 series. This version introduces a few new features, one new admin module, and fixes a few bugs and possible security flaws. We are now at a very stable version of phpHaze and are surpassing our "competitors".

I take this time to formally decide that the following three pages are completed for the time being: Site Statistics, Site Map, and the Staff page. I have been continuously working on all 3 pages for the past few days and along with the Things to Do module, they are all somehow tied to one another (except the Site Statistics page). Web Hosting Plans Upgraded

Our Premium Hosting clients will now notice a hefty upgrade to their hosting plans. I have just finished the first phase of a possibly 3 phase process in the upgrading of these packages. Currently, the most notable upgrades were given to the Extra and Premium plans, however the other 2 smaller plans have also been upgraded slightly. System upgraded to 6.01.12

I have just completed the upgrade from 6.01.11 to 6.01.12. This was a suprisingly larger update then I'm used to seeing come out of the PHP-Fusion community; I had to self-edit 3 or 4 files since I have heavily modified the maincore and some other things on this site. The most notable change in this update is the new image verification (aka CAPTCHA) system that we are using on all of our forms. The development team at PHP-Fusion has also fixed some other security exploits and bugs, read the extended news for the full release.

J Love Network Re-opened

Welcome all! The website has been re-opened, and with an entirely new layout! We have also gotten rid of some of the old and outdated services and replaced them with some better and more useful ones, so be sure to check those out! Don't fret though, we will be changing the name and moving to a new domain under a new brand and directly work as a team instead of freelancers in a loose partnership. Database upgraded

I have upgraded the sites core engine from version 6.01.06 to version 6.01.10. It seems that everything went fine, as I was behind for 3 updates and wasn't sure if overwriting files would change any modifications that I had made. I have scrapped the old boring layout for the J Love Web Design website! It was old, and outdated, and needed a few repairs. So I have customized this layout to fit our site and will in the future customize it much more heavily but using this new color scheme of red/grey/black/white. The various forms around the website still are not operational, but most of the members services and other normal things are still 100% operational. The next update this site will receive is a database-backend system for the Order Web Design, Hosting, and other things similair to that.

Form's Offline

Due to a HUGE amount of e-mail spam I have been receiving through our formmail client, I am going to convert all forms on this site to use a PHP system instead of CGI. This is more secure, and will stop all the spam. So any forms that exist on this site such as the order page, partnerships, etc, they have either been removed or will not work until further notice. In the mean time, if you wish to order a web design package, send me a PM on this site.

Changes to the site & more

I have made a good bit of changes and other badly needed updates around the site. The site's core has been updated to a new, better, and more secure version. Members of the community can now submit photos of their own projects to our public portfolio. I had some problems with the update and lost all of the pictures in the old portfolio. I'm pretty sure I have been able to restore all of them though, except for a few that didn't matter anyway (none of them were yours). Exploit caused hack

Recently, J Love Web Design was hacked by someone affiliated with www(dot)haxt(dot)net. I have taken the necessary steps required to combat the issue and it has been resolved by applying the latest update from the development team at PHP fusion. Not much damage was caused, but we have lost all of our old forum topics and if I am able to bring them back they may be outdated and delete anything somewhat recent. Banner Exchange Removed

It has been a while since I have sat back and evaluate the networks success as a whole. I have gone through today and examined a lot of unused tools and decided to put it up to member vote. So please be sure to vote for the tool that you use the least! I will then use the results from that poll to decide which 2-3 services to get rid of. Right now it seems like the pr indicator and the banner exchange. I also wanted to keep you updated on our latest service which has still yet to be released. Read the extended news for more on that.

I have been quite busy lately (although you may not see it on the surface of this site). The blog service is nearly complete, I have worked out hundreds of bugs as well as added some nifty features, but still have yet to make a layout for it, so I still won't show a preview. By the way if you would like to contribute to this project by helping beta-test the service, please feel free to private message me, or comment on this post! I have also dabbled with the Meth0d0x (latest addition to our network) but I'm still short of ideas of what the website will be for, i've nearly done it all now or in the past. Also, I have taken part in a gaming clan on RuneScape called The Night Hawks. Check out the site and if you play, you may be eligible to join. In the near future members of this site will be able to create their own dynamic online blogs for free! It is hosted for free, and I have not decided whether or not if they should have ads (if so, It will only be banners, no popups). I want to know what everyone thinks about this. What features would you like to see in this new service. Would you even be interested in signing up in the first place? Should Guests of this site be allowed to sign up, or should it be strictly for members (like the other many free services on this site)? Upgrades to free hosting and a new staff member

I have upgraded free hosting accounts, now allowing up to 75 MB (but only for users how are active at least 5 times a week). Also I have removed the exit-popup ad as well as the 2 links above the banner, so now its just a banner and 2 links on every page, much better! Also, we have a new staff member, Joel Kelly. I have "locked the backdoor" and closed all the "windows". New security measures have been taken across the entire J Love Web Design Network to ensure privacy for our users as well as the proper level of security for both our hosting members and our own websites. More sections of each site are encrypted password protected, as well as any page that you will be required to submit personal information, will be SSL 124bit secured. Server 3 has also been having trouble lately, but the same security measures were enacted on that server as well.

I have finished some of the things I mentioned in the news post prior to this one. Many free services are still to come! Ive finished the advertising program here, as well as Partnerships and some other things. I've been working behind the scenes on a new fully-featured user-dynamic/interactive control panel for premium hosting members. Free hosting members will not have access to this control panel, they will continue using the one they use now. You will have up to a hundred more options with the Omega CP (the chosen name). You're all probably wondering why there have only been updates to the downloads section, and not the rest of the site, since my release of version 2. This is because mainly the downloads section was empty and it needed a quick fill-up. Behind the scenes, I have made many changes to the way the site operates, as well as small modifications to the layout. If you have a link in the links directory, you can now easily view the current page rank of your site, as well as any other site in the links directory! I've also been busy optimizing advertising for this site, driving more relevant users and changing the actual ads that appear on this site. The downloads section continues to be updated, and always will. In the future there will be some flash added to the site as well as more neat javascript, to add more effects to the site. Database upgraded from 6.0.2 to 6.0.3

PHP-Fusion.co.uk has released an update for PHP-Fusion, which is the type of software we use to run the new layout. This update in no way has any effect on the general user operations, it simply includes better support for the new versions of MySQL and PHP. Multiple bugs identified and fixed

I have located numerous bugs in some of the side panels, links directory, and downloads section. Some side panels were incorrectly displaying statistics as well as not displaying the bullet image which belongs in front of each line of text or links. The latest links section also disappeared so I re-installed it and changed the format up a bit...For a complete list of bugs and other modifications, read the extended news!

I have added 16 more scripts to the downloads section. They are just a combination of different scripts, all CGI and a few C++, all very useful. Although I don't use any of these scripts on this site, I did before on the old layout. A lot of that stuff is built-in to the core of this websites coding. Therefore I have no need for them. I have added 4 more downloads to the Scripts Category of the Downloads Section. One of our users requested a login/members only script so I took a look into it and noticed that we didn't offer any! So all 4 of these are login scripts except 1, which is a nifty shoutbox script.

I have added 23 various PHP, Java, and CGI/PL scripts to the downloads section. The downloads section is still pretty empty, and I will be adding a lot more as time goes on. Some pages still not finished

Some pages for the site haven't been finished, some don't match because of the old layout colors, and some are broken. This is gonna take a long time to work out, but in the end it will be worth it! Right now the banner exchange colors are still for the old layout, and its not integrated with this website yet like I'd like it to. The 'Recommend Us' page also doesn't match so I haven't been able to find the time to integrate it into the site, but I will in the future. Stick around and keep coming back for more daily updates!
